Bore:    reduced.
Stem:    anti blow out.
Seats:    high resistance virgin PTFE.
Upper seal:    3 seals
1 PTFE ring- high pressure
2 anti-friction self-adjusting cone shaped seals,
in PTFE - medium and low pressure

• The SATURN valve has been designed to comply with regulation EN331 covering gas ball valves.
Its construction guarantees a high working reliability at low and very low pressures which are typically found in gas installations.
Models SATURN 1414 and 1424 have fixing bases complying with regulation UNE 60718 par 7.1.
Model SATURN 1427 and 1428 have an aluminium T-handle with a spring security system that allows the valve to be openened by applying pressure on the T-handle.

Application fields:
The SATURN series is particularly recommended in gas installations (families 1°, 2°, 3° EN 437).

Threaded end connections:
• Standard male-male (female for nut) according to ISO 228/1.  

Operation devices:
Yellow steel lever, yellow aluminium lever, yellow security T-handle.

All the valves comply with the regulation  97/23/CE and are tested 100% on pneumatic seal with electronic control.
